Staff at the 100 year old Animal Research Institute (ARI) at Yeerongpilly are relocating as part of the Queensland Government’s science projects programme. This has freed up the prime 14 hectare site for redevelopment as the first exemplar Transit Oriented Development (TOD) to be delivered under the SEQ Regional Plan. 

DMA Partners were selected by the joint DIP / BCC client group as the project manager of a 14 company consortium, and as development advisor within the consortium, to lead the preparation of a commercially framed “Plan of Development” for the redevelopment.
