Argent Australia is the licensed importer of many high quality brands of taps and sanitary fixtures, including the famous Grohe and Villeroy & Boch brands.  The business has been owned and operated by the same family for over 50 years with great success built around quality and customer service before and after sale.  In its national headquarters in Brisbane, the growing business has a demand for around 900m² of commercial space.

The owners of the business engaged DMA Partners to provide commercial and development advice and feasibility services.  This involved a review of their space  needs and how these might be met by the owners undertaking a commercial property development of around 3,000m² GFA, in which Argent would be the anchor tenant for a group of like minded and oriented high-end fittings, fixtures and equipment businesses.
