DTMR are the principal agency for the planning and delivery of the many major transport corridor projects detailed as part of the Governments’ SEQ Infrastructure Plan and Programme 2009 – 2031.  The development of road, busway and rail corridors generally results in residual development sites that remain in the ownership of DTMR.  These sites offer an opportunity for financial return to the government and for the creation of projects that capitalise on and drive patronage for public transport assets developed in the corridor. 

The Active Corridors team of DTMR engaged DMA Partners to provide advisory services on methods and mechanisms available to government to transact with the private sector on residual sites and realise the desired commercial and community goals.
