Ergon Energy distributes electricity to regional Queensland supplying millions of homes and businesses with power.  The extensive network of powerlines and other assets requires an annual spend of over $500 million on capital and maintenance works.

DMA Partners were engaged by Ergon to assist their Works and Contract Management division to streamline their contract planning, procurement and administration methods, tools and processes.  The construction and development experience of DMA directors was directly applicable to this change programme.
