 Development Feasibility and Advisory

The Fitzgibbon Urban Development Area (UDA) is a 300 hectare suburban development of a previously undeveloped parcel of land owned previously for many years by the Queensland Department of Housing.  Due to the number of agencies with jurisdiction over various aspects and features on and of the site the site faces many development changes; however, it also has the potential to be an exemplar of a suburban TOD.  The ULDA has the broad authority and capability to bring all parties to the table and apply their administrative powers and knowledge to deliver such an outcome.

DMA Partners were engaged by the ULDA to provide advise on mixed-use development and on the cost / benefit aspects of various densities and typologies of residential development.
