Highfields is a neighbourhood centre of approximately 4,700m² NLA located in the fast growing area of Highfields, a satellite of the Toowoomba urban area.  The centre was developed in 2003 and has traded-up well to a point where it was positioned for the next stage of expansion and a re-mix of tenants to drive asset value and rental return to the owners. 

DMA Partners provides a full range of asset, leasing, development and project management services to the project, with the intention to develop a masterplan for the whole site.  In addition, identifying sub-projects within the broader centre and (successful) preparation of Information Memoranda to raise the development capital required. The first stage of the project to develop and construct a new purpose built tenancy for the Home Hardware tenant was completed in November 2010.

The next stage of the development includes the expansion of the existing Woolworths box and a food precinct.  DMA Partners, alongside Novus Urban, have successfully negotiated the new lease agreement with Woolworths and design is currently underway for this stage.
