Director

James has a long list of major project credits across 26 years in the civil engineering, property development and advisory industry sectors with companies including Lend Lease, Brookfield Multiplex, Leighton and since 2008 as a director of DMA. James has worked in project management and development director roles on large urban, mixed-use projects such as Victoria Harbour at Melbourne Docklands and North Bank in Brisbane, the Twin Waters master planned residential community, Riverside Centre, the Sheraton (now Sofitel) Hotel, Brisbane International Airport, Southbank Parklands, Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, the 53-level Bourke Place office tower, Hinze Dam and the Gateway Arterial road.

Since 2004, James has consulted extensively to the Mater Hospital, Suncorp, Parmalat, Queensland Transport, Growth Management QLD, Cairns Regional Council, Moreton Bay Regional Council, South Bank Corporation, ULDA, Lend Lease and more.  James is also a member of the PCA Infrastructure Committee.
