Our client was a first time developer with limited funds to complete the development and little interest from financial institutions to fund.  DMA was commissioned to undertake a feasibility analysis of the project and procure funding with a view to project managing the project to completion.  The project included a 28 lot subdivision in the growth suburb of Bellmere, Caboolture north of Brisbane.
