Development Consultant

Lauren completed her degree in Urban Development (Property Economics) at QUT before joining DMA Partners in 2011.  She is a member of the Valuers Registration Board of QLD and brings over five years experience from both public and private sectors, commencing her career in residential valuation while studying full time. In 2008 Lauren progressed to a private boutique Brisbane development firm where she undertook various property research and analysis tasks for current and potential projects within the residential, retail and commercial market.

Her most recent position as Project Manager on the Economic Stimulus Housing package for the Queensland Government provided her with a unique opportunity in the building and construction industry to oversee over 750 units of accommodation from conceptual design to final documentation. During the construction phase, Lauren was accountable for the quality and timely delivery of 70 residential units across Queensland to the combined value of approximately $15 million.
