The Maunder Court Commercial Centre in Springwood, Logan City was developed by a smaller builder / developer in 2006 – 2008 as a combined office / warehouse facility for small to medium sized businesses servicing the fast growth in this southern corridor.  The developer completed the site and building shell works but was caught by deteriorating economic conditions and finally, with the GFC in mid to late 2008, receiver managers were appointed to deal with the unfinished asset. 

DMA Partners were appointed by the receiver manager to provide development assessment of the outstanding works, planning and titling approvals and issues and likely values that would be generated for various divestment scenarios.  The client established a reasonable market for the property and divested on an as-is-where-is basis to return funds to the project financiers and creditors.
