DMA Partners was engaged by Hallmark Property to provide development management, project management and major tenant leasing services.  

The initial task involved restructuring the project to maximise the commercial return and long term performance of the retail asset which were key requirements of the client.  A revised DA was then prepared by taking a partnering approach with the Toowoomba Regional Council to ensure an open and considered DA that ticked all the required boxes for council.

DMA's key methodology for this project was to undertake the commercial feasibility and structure the project that woudl achieve the commercial returns required by the client.  Once this was achieved, the design was developed by the consultnat team (led by DMA) to ensure that all decisions were made based on the budgets set in the feasibility.  this methodology ensures commercial returns always remain the focus and the project can be delivered profitably. 

The major tenant lease is also being negotiated by DMA with a focus on long term asset value growth.
