Ryan has an excellent record in the successful management and delivery of large scale mixed-use, multi-residential and retail projects. He has worked in project management and development director roles on large urban renewal projects such as Portside Wharf and a wide range of lifestyle, bulky goods, neighbourhood, sub-regional and regional retail projects for the Westfield and Brookfield Multiplex groups.

Ryan’s particular interests and expertise are in retail and residential development and the combination of the two in various mixed-use formats.  His experience covers all phases of the development cycle particularly in acquisitions, project inception, design, commercial management, sales, leasing  and marketing, delivery and asset management of retail assets post completion.

Ryan consults to the Urban Land Development Authority, Queensland Transport, Stadiums Queensland, Lend Lease and numerous private developers and asset owners.
