 Development and Transaction Advisory Services

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR) in Queensland extended the Brisbane Gold Coast rail line from Robina to Varsity in 2009.  DTMR own 14 hectares of land around the new train station at Varsity and the government has committed to releasing the project to the market for development of a Transit Oriented Project (TOD).

DMA Partners were engaged on a number of commissions during 2009 to provide development and divestment advisory services on the methods and mechanism available to the department to realise their urban design, exemplar TOD, and financial goals for the project with a suitably low level of risk to government.
