Westfield Limited’s ongoing programme of asset redevelopment included five major projects from 2000 to 2003.  Projects included Chermside, Burwood, Fountain Gate, Hornsby and North Lakes and had a combined project value greater than $1 billion.  Ryan Andersen was appointed as the Tenancy Project Manager in early 2000 and worked on all five projects, delivering over 250 new shops across a three year period.
