DMA Partners is excited to be helping shape the new frontier of leisure and attraction in Cambodia. With annual tourist numbers increasing every year, our client Fantasque Ventures is establishing a world class team to deliver a Cambodian first.

The project will consist of a full-size waterpark, hotel and resort sites, and a 1,000 bed backpacker resort style lodging. It is planned to be set on 100ha site strategically placed between Siem Reap and the new international airport. With the collaboration of world-class suppliers, the waterpark will include slides such as the Mammoth, Tornado, KrakenRacer, Super Loop, Cannon Bowl, Flying Saucer, a wave pool, a lazy river, kids’ slides and interactive play, and power river for the thrill seekers.

DMA is providing development advisory, development management and project management services including the management and coordination of all international designers, suppliers and consultants. DMA will continue on the project until the full project build-out with a program close due in approximately seven years’ time.

“The project will bring additional accommodation offerings to Siem Reap and provides leisure activities to ensure a longer duration of stay by tourists,” Mr Valentine said.
