The Calile is a seven storey, 178 room boutique hotel with ground floor retail and first level commercial, pool and day spa. This iconic project is located within the James Street, Fortitude Valley precinct and is currently under construction.
DMA was appointed to assist with the design management and procurement of a suitable builder to deliver the project. Our team successfully managed the design team and procured the initial civil contractor to demolish the existing improvements and complete bulk excavation works. DMA also successfully managed the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process and eventually engaged Hutchinson Builders to deliver the project on behalf of our client.
