Haben Property Fund has appointed DMA Partners to look at several development options for the redevelopment of newly acquired Cleveland Central shopping centre.
One of these options was to deliver a car park improvement program, and these works are now fully underway creating a better shopper experience and adding value to the asset.
Stage 1 and 2 of the car park upgrade works are now complete with a further two stages underway due for completion at the end of this month. The car park upgrade has been well received with Cleveland Central shoppers appreciating newly improved convenience and access to the Woolworths entrance.
February 2020: Cleveland Central car park 'before' upgrade works
April 2020: Stage 1 car park works complete
May 2020: Cleveland Central car park stage 1 works complete & stage 2 works in progress
