DMA Partners was engaged to manage the retail leasing and tenancy delivery on Azzura Corporation and Wingate’s latest development, Mercato on Byron.

The project in Byron Bay is the first regional shopping complex to achieve a Five Star Green Star design featuring a full line Woolworths supermarket, nine screen Palace cinema, and boutique specialty and food & beverage retailers.

Mercato on Byron is a 7,895 sqm  shopping precinct set over two levels with outdoor dining spaces and open space for artisan market and performances.
