The client required assistance to navigate development application approvals, building permits along with design and construction of council required civil works.
DMA Partners provided unrivalled expertise in putting together a project team to work with Moreton Bay Regional Council to widen the road along the property frontage implementing two travel lanes, flush kerbs, safety barriers and street trees.
The project was delivered on time and under budget, and we have now successfully facilitated the titling of 3 residential lots ready for sale.
