DMA Partners have assisted the Ganim family in delivering their recently refurbished building at 16-18 Thompson Street Bowen Hills, initially in a development advisory role assessing the site and its current development options, and subsequently in a tender and superintendent role for upgrading the commercial address.
Almost immediately after the successful completion of a refurbishment of the commercial building, tenancy interest has experienced a noticeable spike.
