10.1 When you visit our website

When you come to our website ( we may collect certain information such as browser type, operating system, website visited immediately before coming to our site etc.  This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyse how people use our site, such that we can improve our service.

10.2 Cookies

We may from time to time use cookies on our website.  Cookies are very small files which a website uses to identify you when you come back to the site and to store details about your use of the site.  Cookies are not malicious programs that access or damage your computer.  Most web browsers automatically accept cookies but you can choose to reject cookies by changing your browser settings.  However, this may prevent you from taking full advantage of our website.  Our website may from time to time use cookies to analyse website traffic and help us to provide a better website visitor experience.  In addition, cookies may be used to serve relevant ads to website visitors through third party services such as Google Adwords.  These ads may appear on this website or other websites you visit.

Our site may from time to time have links to other websites not owned or controlled by us.  These links are meant for your convenience only.  Links to third party websites do not constitute sponsorship or endorsement or approval of these websites.  Please be aware that DMA Partners Pty Ltd is not responsible for the privacy practises of other such websites.  We encourage our users to be aware, when they leave our website, to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personal identifiable information.

10.4 Embedded videos on our website

10.5 Email lists, registration, sign-up forms and feedback

We will collect information you provide to use when signing up to mailing lists or when submitted an enquiry on our website.  We use (Mailchimp) to manage our mailing lists.  Analytics are performed when you click on links in the email, or when you download the images in the email.  This includes which emails you open, which links you click, if your action occurred on ‘mobile’ or ‘desktop’ and the country geolocation of your IP address (the IP address itself is not stored). 10.6 Social networking services

We use social networking services such as LinkedIn and YouTube to communicate.  When you communicate with us using these services we may collect your personal information, but we only use it to help us to communicate with you.  The social networking service will also handle your personal information for its own purposes.  These services have their own privacy policies.  You can access the privacy policies for LinkedIn and YouTube (a Google Company) on their websites.

11. Google Analytics and remarketing

Our website uses Google analytics and Google’s re-marketing technology.  This technology enables users who have already visited us online and shown interest in our services to see targeted advertising on Google partner network websites.  Likewise users that are similar to the visitors of our websites can be addressed.  The advertising will be displayed through the use of web cookies.  Using cookies, the user behaviour on a website can be analysed and subsequently utilised to provide targeted service recommendations and advertising based on the user’s interests.

12. LinkedIn insights tag

Our website utilises the “Insight Tag” conversion tracking services of LinkedIn Corp.  This allows us to re-target users on LinkedIn after they have visited the DMA Partners website.  This is also an analytics tool that allows us to record the effectiveness of LinkedIn advertisements.  The collected data remains anonymous.  This means we cannot see the personal data of any individual user.  The collected data is saved and processed by LinkedIn.  LinkedIn is able to connect the data with your LinkedIn account and use the data for their own advertising purposes, in accordance with LinkedIn’s data use policy.
