Meet Amanda Bittenbinder, DMA Partners’ Development Analyst, Amanda has been with DMA since December 2021, prior to that she worked as the Research Manager for a large residential property funds and real estate group.
Q&A with Amanda
What is your role at DMA?
I am a Development Analyst, I work with and support the project leads by collaborating with all relevant areas of the business to gather and model required inputs and provide analysis and feedback. This has included working on projects through various stages from site identification and acquisition to development advisory and development strategy. I am tasked with the preparation of feasibility models to assist in the analysis of projects and project opportunities as well as research investigations and compilation of background information relating to development opportunities with prospective clients across a range of asset classes.

Property Economics – QUT
What have been your previous positions?
My previous roles have been primarily focused on property & development research. Prior to starting at DMA Partners, I was the research manager for Oliver Hume QLD.
What are 3 words to describe DMA?
Experts, Innovative & Honest
What do you find the most exciting at DMA?
Working on different types of projects and asset classes. There is such a depth of experience within the team that I have found myself working on a wide range of projects and learning so much from the project leads. It has been an invaluable experience.
What do you like most about DMA?
The culture. Not often do you get to work in a team with such highly skilled and experienced professionals and feel so welcome and supported. I have only been here a short amount of time but I already feel a part of the team.
The team at DMA have been exceptional and I am excited to continue my career with them.
