Working alongside Nettleton Tribe Architects and Mewing Planning Consultants, DMA Partners refined the original scheme to ensure the expansion meets both project objectives and council expectations. Lakes Vista Office Park continues to set the benchmark for high‑quality office accommodation in North Lakes on Brisbane’s northern fringe.

DMA Partners has coordinated the full re‑work of the proposal and managed the development application process from initial strategy through to approval. This included a detailed pre‑lodgement phase with Moreton Bay Regional Council, during which key feedback was incorporated to strengthen the design and planning approach.

The expansion reshapes three previously approved buildings above a shared basement car park, adopting a more forward‑looking development strategy that enhances project outcomes and positions the precinct for stronger commercial performance.
