Ewen Burg
With over 12 years in the property industry, Ewen has considerable leasing experience through his knowledge of retail centre dynamics and high level of expertise in retail project leasing. In addition to his strong track record in project leasing, Ewen involves himself in the front-end planning of retail development projects to ensure that brief is on point before launching into the design and planning phase. Ewen is exceptional at creating value and sustainable retail assets and optimal returns for both tenants and landlords.

Ewen’s experience is gained from previous roles with JLL, Juniper Development Group, Jones Lang LaSalle and more recently with a major franchise group as the national leasing executive.

Ewen holds a Real Estate Licence and also manages tenancy coordinators, consultant teams and specialist advisors working with DMA’s clients.
