Automall West at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is now open !

A huge congratulations to Eagers Automotive Limited and AMP on the delivery of the very first Automall in Australia.
DMA Partners are honoured to have been part of the journey for this iconic project, managing the Landlord’s works component all within the trading centre.

Automall is on level three of the centre and is the one stop shop for all your automotive needs, offering servicing, maintenance and car shopping for brands such as Porsche, Jaguar and Land Rover.

In order to accommodate this industry leading project, it required innovative use of the shopping centre space, removing up to 30 tenancies to house the 2,400sqm Automall over three levels, featuring a service centre, Children’s play area and café.

Indooroopilly Shopping Centre provides consumers with a whole new way to shop, which goes beyond the traditional retail mix, you can now shop for a new vehicle, visit the gym, eat at restaurants and shop for a new outfit all in one place.

It’s great to see both the automotive and retail industries evolving and delivering new and exciting experiences for the consumer.
