DMA Partners has recently added two new members to an increasingly experienced and knowledgeable team, ensuring that the company stays innovative and challenges its thinking.

 

Taaj Kumar joins the DMA Partners team with a background strong in contracts administration and engineering. After starting his career as a graduate engineer with Aurecon, Taaj went on to work with large companies such as Jacobs and Queensland Urban Utilities. Taaj graduated from the University of Queensland in 2015 with a Bachelor of Civil and Geotechnical Engineering (Honours).

 

Whilst at Jacobs, Taaj was involved in Stage 2A of the Australian Defence Force’s Project Land 121 which involved the national rollout of quartermaster stores, weighbridges, vehicle wash points, delivery points, shelters and hardstands. Taaj assisted in a range of activities including project management, contract administration and commercial management.

 

Taaj’s role at DMA Partners is focused on client-side project management and he is passionate about residential and commercial construction, project management and property development.

 

Samantha Berry joins the DMA Partners team with over 15 years’ experience in retail design and tenancy delivery working for a range of owners and developers including Westfield, QIC, Charter Hall, Stockland and AMP.

 

Samantha has qualifications in interior design and decoration and has managed the delivery of over 500 shops over the past 15 years on major centres including Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, Queens Plaza, The Brickworks and Pacific Fair.

 

Samantha is passionate about working with development teams to ensure a seamless delivery process and maximum trading potential of the centres she works on.
