With our continued strong relationship with Huon Property, DMA provided management of the design consultants and development management services for the initial stages of this project.

Huon Property purchased the property with an existing development application in place, however was faced with the product not exactly matching their preferred mix.  DMA were able to provide advice in reconfiguration of the mix and provide the management of consultants to re-lodge with Brisbane City Council for a more acceptable outcome.
