Our role as Superintendent was to ensure all contractual matters are well managed reducing the administrative burden for the client and delivering value by managing construction teams and providing cost effective solutions.
Construction on this residential development is progressing through it’s final stages with just final touches to be done.
The homes offer residents modern, high quality two and three storey living options within a short distance from beautiful water and community of Wynnum.
