Capital works to maintain or improve common areas in residential apartment buildings are essential in order to maintain property value for owners.

Inadequate or defective waterproofing and water ingress can be a common issue for the Body Corporate of residential apartment buildings.

DMA Partners was engaged by the Body Corporate of Regis Apartments to provide preliminary design, scope and costing for the demolition, waterproofing, reinstatement and landscaping works on the apartment carpark recreational space and underground carpark.  Following on from this, a tendering process resulted in Dapcor being awarded the construction contract.
