Belise is located in Bowen Hills and is a 22-storey residential apartment building with 224 apartments including 100 short-term serviced apartments that are being managed by the Dreamtime Resorts management group.

This project had a difficult and long gestation and DMA Partners was appointed to manage the delivery of the project and the relationship between the JV partners.

DMA was appointed as project manager and superintendent acting for the developer, St Paul’s Trust. DMA worked closely with the builder and the JV partners to ensure a strong delivery and successful settlement of the apartments which occurred in 2016.
