Coles Flagstone Village features a 3,500m2 Coles supermarket with latest store design concepts, nine specialty stores and more than 240 on-grade car parking bays.

Acting on behalf of Coles Group Property Developments Ltd (CGPD), DMA Partners has provided hands-on Project Management and Tenancy Delivery Management for this neighbourhood shopping centre development servicing the Flagstone community.

Coles Flagstone Village provides the growing community with much needed convenience and amenity.  The centre was scheduled to open mid-2020 however the delivery team successfully opened Coles late March 2020.
