On behalf of our investor client, Horwell Property Group, DMA Partners is pleased to deliver the Meadowbrook Mixed-Use Project, located at the prominent corner of Loganlea Road and Ellerslie Road, Meadowbrook.

 

This large-scale mixed-use development has been strategically conceived to accommodate a diverse tenant mix, including fast food drive‑thru operators, a service station, large‑format retail showrooms, trade supplies, and industrial warehouse uses.

DMA Partners negotiated the acquisition of the 5.6‑hectare site and has led the planning, design coordination, and approval process for a 15,000m² mixed‑use development. Early and proactive engagement enabled DMA to overcome complex planning constraints and secure Development Approval while maximising the site’s commercial potential.

 

Stage 1 has been successfully pre‑leased, with tenants including Oporto, Starbucks, Guzman y Gomez, and 7‑Eleven, underlining strong occupier demand and confidence in the project’s location and fundamentals.

 

DMA worked closely with Place Design Group (Town Planning) and Cottee Parker Architects to deliver a commercially robust outcome and strong returns for the investor.

 

The project now continues to progress through construction and earthworks, marking a significant milestone in the delivery of this important Meadowbrook precinct.
