On behalf of our Investor client, DMA are thrilled to announce we have secured a DA for a Mixed Use site in Meadowbrook. The prominent site will be set to house an array of tenants including fast food drive-thrus, a service station, showroom, hardware, trade supplies, and warehouses.

Our early engagement in the process allowed DMA to create and execute a precise land acquisition strategy. Leveraging our expertise and experience, we overcame challenging planning constraints, securing the approval for this diverse development. In addition to the approval, DMA has successfully leased 90% of stage one of the project, showcasing the strength of our approach and the trust in our vision.

We worked closely with Place Design Group Town Planner and Cottee Parker Architects to develop the strategy that will deliver strong returns for the investor.
