Woolworths Group engaged DMA Partners as Project Manager and Tenancy Delivery Manager for construction of their new neighbourhood shopping centre in Dakabin, Queensland.

Our scope of works for this development included design management and coordination, tendering and procuring the builder, and managing the onsite construction process.  DMA Partners also managed 17 tenants through the design and fit-out process to ensure all leased specialty shops were fitted out and trading at completion.

Woolworths Dakabin was designed by ThomsonAdsett and services the everyday needs of local residents with a 3,200m2 full line Woolworths supermarket, 17 specialty stores and parking for 260 cars.

Stage one opening of Dakabin Shopping Centre opened on the 19th August 2020, with major store Woolworths and BWS.  Stage two of the centre sprung to life on 23rd October 2020, with a range of convenience retail, eateries and health services.
