Adjoining Anthony John Group’s Southgate Corporate Park development, East Village will be a 5.75 master planned urban village at the heart of Cannon Hill where commercial offices, contemporary townhouses and stylish apartments will surround a vibrant shopping, dining and entertainment boulevard.

DMA was appointed to work with the AJG team to provide development advice on the proposed mixed use master plan and develop a strategy to deliver the project in a capital efficient manner.  The mix of proposed uses will be a unique strength of the master planned community however this adds significant complexity to the design, valuation, funding and tenant attraction aspects of the project.  DMA Partners developed a robust strategy to deal with these complexities.  Project planning continues.
