Masters home improvement store Everton Park was closed in December 2016 when the hardware brand exited the Australian market.

The owners converting the 13,500sqm asset into six large format retail tenancies for national outdoor adventure, auto, home and lifestyle brands.

DMA Partners’ Project Management and Tenancy Delivery teams have successfully contributed to the re-purposing of the asset with large format retailers Amart Furniture, BCF, Supercheap Auto and Barbeques Galore now open at Everton Park.
