This project included a 4-storey mixed-use development on Stratton Terrace and Cardigan Parade in Manly.

Project configuration comprises 50 apartments over three levels sitting above a full ground floor level of supermarket and convenience based retail tenancies.

DMA Partners became involved in 2013 to restructure the project and undertake a feasibility analysis to maximise profitability. DMA was also responsible for securing major tenant lease negotiations and advisory.
