Situated on the corner of Oakey Flat Road and Raynbird Road, Narangba Central Shopping Centre is a greenfield neighbourhood centre that is proposed to comprise approximately 7,000 sqm. On completion the centre would comprise a full line supermarket and supporting specialty retail tenants focussing on food, convenience and service based uses.

DMA Partners were engaged by Australian National Homes to undertake a review of the existing design, a feasibility assessment, engage the major tenant in leasing negotiations, prepare documentation for a development application and provide support throughout the appeal process as part of the Planning and Environment Court. A detailed tenant gap analysis was also produced which formed the foundations of an expression of interest leasing campaign facilitated and managed by DMA Partners.

The scope provided the client with a more efficient shopping centre design that was in line with the major tenant design requirements, specialty tenant requirements, improved the operational aspects of the centre and created the opportunity for a future development site. The expression of interest leasing campaign resulted in solidifying leasing interest for the entire centre. The existing shopping centre scheme is currently being repositioned to suit the fast changing market in this region and the commercial outcomes required by the client.
