DMA Partners are thrilled to be engaged as the Tenancy Delivery Managers working with Pellicano and their in-house builder South City Construct to develop Brisbane’s newest lifestyle destination.

South City Square will feature al fresco dining areas that activate the streetscape and connect with a landscaped central park. In addition to a full line supermarket, specialty traders and a market hall bring new-look shopping choices, along with boutique retail and professional medical amenities to the residents and wider Woolloongabba community.

DMA are providing new Tenants with Design and Fit out support as well as ensuring all obligations under the Agreement for Lease are fulfilled. DMA Partners are proud to be delivering the retail tenancies for Stages 3 and 4 within the development.

The site will be home to a mix of tenants such as Woolworths, BWS, Fat Dumpling, Steak Kings, with many more on the way in future stages.
