DMA was engaged for a period of 18 months to provide development management services for Stockland’s Queensland portfolio.

As each project was in a different phase of the development cycle, DMA’s role included front-end research and analysis of the project feasibility, through to management of the delivery phase.

Projects included Fig Tree, Farrington Grove, North Lakes and Northshore.
