Wilsonton Shopping Centre is undergoing a $20 million refurbishment, with the owners investing to revitalise the neighbourhood centre to create a contemporary retail design and attract a variety of new specialty tenants to enhance the existing offer of strong performing anchor tenants Coles and Woolworths.

DMA Partners have been engaged to provide Tenancy Delivery Management, orchestrating a seamless transition from lease execution to commencement of trade for the reconfiguration and fit-out of existing and new specialty stores as part of the re-leasing program.
