DMA Partners is working with Indooroopilly Shopping Centre management to deliver discount supermarket giant Aldi as the centre’s newest major tenant.

DMA was appointed as Project Manager and Superintendent and has worked with the team since project inception and alongside lease negotiations with Aldi.

DMA Partners’ Associate Director John Dobrenov said Aldi will join other major tenants at the centre including Myer, David Jones, Coles and Woolworths, to give shoppers in Brisbane’s inner-west more retail choices.

Construction of the Aldi store commenced earlier this month, with the construction contract having been awarded to SJ Higgins Group. The supermarket is expected to open in late 2019.

“The new discount supermarket will span approximately 1,500 square metres and will replace the old Stacks Discount and Mr Toys tenancies on Level One.

“DMA Partners is excited to be continuing our relationship with Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, having recently managed its upgrade to the Fresh Food Precinct.

“We look forward to continuing to bring new retail, dining and service offerings to shoppers at Indooroopilly.”
