DMA Partners is collaborating with Region Group to deliver a new Town Centre in the heart of Greenbank, with a demand-driven $150m redevelopment and major expansion of the existing Greenbank Shopping Centre. Construction is planned to commence in 2027.

DMA has been appointed as Region Group’s Retail Development Partner for the project advising and managing all aspects of the development of this exciting Town Centre project. DMA is working closely with architect Cottee Parker and town planner Place Design Group to shape a well-considered, community‑focused outcome.

The proposed redevelopment will position the complex as a vibrant Town Centre and will provide, a discount department store an additional supermarket, expanded specialty retail offering, and additional parking.

The refresh of the existing centre will include upgrades to the façade, and improvements to landscaping, parking and other amenities.

Our Development Strategy was formulated early and has responded to the strong population growth and needs of the local community, paired with significant interest from tenants to be located at the centre.
