Homeworld Helensvale is an existing large format retail centre located on the Gold Coast.  It had strong occupancy from existing bulky goods and homemaker brands with a single 1,200 sqm vacancy.

Our client was looking to convert this single LFR vacancy into two 600 sqm tenancies.  DMA Partners undertook Project Management and Superintendent services for the tenancy split that involved significant works to provide services for each tenancy, including duplication of roller doors, shopfronts, auto doors, fire exits, EDB, telecom, water and sewer to a point, FHR’s, emergency and exit lights and reconfiguration of the existing mechanical system as well as the construction of an intertenancy wall.

We delivered a large format retail tenancy split that resulted in Homeworld Helensvale achieving 100% occupancy of the asset with the addition of Sheridan and Beds n Dreams.
