DMA Partners was engaged as project managers for QIC’s addition of a major entertainment tenant at the Maroochydore Big Top Shopping Centre.

The project involved the management of the development and fit out construction of a Funlab Strike Bowling and Holey Moley mini golf precinct. The final space features 10 state-of-the-art bowling lanes, an 18-hole mini golf course, cocktail bar and escape rooms.

This addition to the centre has significantly improved the level of patronage and improved the already successful Ocean Street dining precinct that DMA developed in 2014 working with the previous owners, The Read Property Group.
