DMA Partners acted as Project Manager for the pool and deck upgrade at The Ridge Apartment Hotel in Spring Hill, Brisbane.  We worked with The Ridge to develop a Project Design Brief and oversaw the procurement, construction and certification processes, ensuring the project ran smoothly, on time and on budget.

Returning guests and current residents of The Ridge have provided high praise on the aesthetic outcome of the pool and deck upgrade.  On a more functional level, DMA Partners along with Dapcor have helped alleviate the water leakage caused by concrete cancer of the existing structure under the pool deck and in the lobby car park.
