The Calile is a seven storey, 178 room boutique hotel with ground floor retail and first level commercial, restaurant, pool and day spa.  This iconic project is located within the James Street, Fortitude Valley precinct.

DMA Partners was appointed to manage the design phase, provide development advice on feasibility and funding of the project and procurement of a suitable builder to deliver the project.  Our team successfully managed the design team and procured the initial civil contractor to demolish the existing improvements and complete bulk excavation works.  DMA also successfully managed the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process and eventually engaged Hutchinson Builders to deliver the project on behalf of our client.

The Calile Hotel is now an iconic hotel within the Brisbane landscape and has won numerous awards since its completion in 2018.  The project is a tru asset for its owners and is testament to the dedication of the team.
