Construction work will commence this Spring on Yamanto Central shopping centre, stage 1 of the 22.5ha Yamanto Centre master plan – a next generation community hub situated in one of Australia’s fastest growing regions.
Anchored by Coles and Kmart, Yamanto Central will be the newest sub-regional shopping centre in the region within 12 years and will cater to an existing trade area of 48,000 underserviced residents. Yamanto Central will supply a total of 20,000m2 of retial space including two vibrant precincts – Market Central (fresh food) and Central Eats (indoor/outdoor dining).
DMA Partners have been the development partner on this project on behalf of JMK Retail. We conceived the development strategy from the start, and we’ll continue to manage all facets of the project throughout the construction phase until asset launch acting in a full service capacity as Development Manager, Project Manager, Leasing and Tenancy Delivery.
