Ryan is the founding director of DMA Partners and has more than 27 years’ experience in the property and construction industries.

Ryan specialises in developing strategies to unlock the value in property, across the retail, commercial, sports and residential uses in standalone and mixed-use formats and he consults to a range of high-net-worth investors, fund managers, developers, clubs and not for profit organisations.

Matthew leads the Investment and Development business and is passionate about ideas that enhance the user experience and investment performance of every development project.

With more than 30 years in the property industry, Matthew has sourced and delivered developments across retail, commercial, civic, and residential sectors including significant mixed-use projects.

Cameron has more than 26 years of property industry experience and a broad depth of knowledge and experience working across various development sectors.

Cameron has undertaken many roles for various projects from inception at a master planning and feasibility level to facilitation of authority approvals, leasing and financing and delivery projects ranging in size and complexity and across a range of sectors.

Steve Brennan is a Senior Development Project Manager with over 25 years’ experience delivering commercial, retail, industrial, and mixed-use projects across Australia. He excels in leading projects from feasibility through design, approvals, construction, and tenant handover, with expertise in financial modelling, stakeholder negotiation, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

As Director of Brencorp Pty Ltd, Steve managed major public service relocations, childcare developments, residential subdivisions, and strategic leasing for national portfolios. His work includes master planning FIFO accommodation precincts and supporting Defence Housing Australia’s national strategy.

Previously, at Pellicano Group and Wingate Properties, Steve led over $1.5B in developments, including large-scale master-planned communities, retail centres, and industrial parks. He is recognised for his hands-on leadership, commercial acumen, and ability to drive outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Claire brings over 13 years of experience in the development and construction sector, with a strong background in operational leadership and business administration.

As Operations Manager, Claire is responsible for the effective day-to-day running of the business. She works closely with senior leaders and project teams to ensure DMA Partners operates efficiently and delivers consistently high-quality outcomes. Claire plays a key role in strengthening compliance, refining internal processes, and optimising team resourcing—ensuring our people and projects are set up for success

With over 18 years of industry experience, Byron brings a strong agency background and proven negotiation expertise across all stages of the property lifecycle — from sales and leasing to development and portfolio management.

Having worked across industrial, office, retail and residential sectors, he is skilled at unlocking value through strategic site identification, deal structuring, and settlement execution. Byron’s deep understanding of income-producing assets and portfolio optimisation allows him to consistently drive performance and maximise returns for clients.

Samantha brings a strong background in legal administration and office coordination to her role at DMA Partners. With experience supporting high-performing teams in fast-paced environments, she ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the office and provides vital support across operations, events, and client service. Samantha’s attention to detail and proactive approach help keep the team organised and focused, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

David joins the DMA Partners team with over 13 years of experience in design, documentation and project management. Holding a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Architecture, David has extensive experience in delivering projects of varying sizes and values and has been involved in all stages of the project lifecycle from conception through to practical completion.

Prior to joining DMA Partners, David worked as a design and project manager with major property development and architecture firms both in Australia and overseas. David has worked on retail, residential and commercial fit outs with a strong focus on delivering quality projects on time and within budget, as well as improving and streamlining processes.

James is a property development professional with over 10 years of experience across luxury hospitality, mixed‑use, and residential projects in both Australia and the UK. James has managed high‑profile developments, coordinating design teams, budgets, and programmes while supporting large‑scale residential portfolios.

With a Bachelor of Property Economics (Distinction) from QUT and a background in legal property settlements, James combines project management expertise with strong knowledge of property law, titling structures, and compliance. His blend of development and legal experience ensures projects are delivered with precision, strategic oversight, and commercial success.

Neil is an experienced Director and executive, he works with DMA’s owner and management team to ensure that there are good governance practices and risk frameworks in place, but also to assist with ensuring that the organisation is fit for growth.

Neil has and engineering background, he also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He combines governance excellence with business acumen, strategic thinking, growth mindset and a commitment to facilitating success for businesses, projects and individuals to unlock potential and their ‘hidden value’.
